WHAT:
Combining the ancient technology of Kundalini Yoga and Qi Gong, we'll work with our body's intelligence and energy systems to bring forth the way of vibrant health, optimal performance and loving connection. We'll also practice various pranayama (breathwork) techniques, use mantra, and various meditation techniques that I love from several lineages to bring more Light into our lives.
